Arthur Lee Land

Innovative Colorado based, singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and loop artist. Arthur tours as an unforgettable solo act using the Art of Live-Looping to create a full band sound by layering vocals and a multitude of acoustic and electric instruments. His sound: “Electro-Americana” is an eclectic fusion of folk-rock, AfroGrass (bluegrass/worldbeat) and electronica - a groundbreaking style driven by the integration of sophisticated musical, emotional and spiritual juxtapositions.

Arthur recently joined the Colorado Americana rock band Great American Taxi, replacing front-man Vince Herman (Leftover Salmon) bringing to the mix his B-Bender Telecaster guitar, banjo and vocals as well as sharing some of the songwriting duties. Drummer Duane Trucks (Widespread Panic, Hard Working Americans) was also added to the line up and their new album is due out in January, 2106. Producer Tim Carbone (Railroad Earth) recently had this to say about the new recording project - “The sound of the new line-up is pure gold Americana! The guitar playing is mind blowing!”
